All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Tracking information provided
- Free Shipping (for orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be in original condition – unused, uninstalled, and with all original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Caps, Corners & Joints (once opened)
- Edge Caps and Edging & Joints materials
- External Corners that have been cut or modified
- Any custom-made or specially ordered items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s)
